KAPAP Academy was formed by Avi Nardia and Albert Timen, two former official Israeli Military and Police instructors in Counter Terror combatives (LOTAR). System is mainly based on live exercises and simulations, a combination of strategy and tactical learning, with extensive and realistic training.
