KAPAP Boot Camp Training consists of three areas – physical fitness, weapons defense, and weaponless defense concepts. What we teach will provide a foundation for students to build upon and will help them understand the idea of “any weapon, one mind.”
This is not just another self-defense program. KAPAP training will challenge students both physically and mentally, as they learn to utilize basic concepts found in both hand-to-hand and weapons defense techniques.
A towel, a change of clothes, and some drinking water or fluid replacement drink.
